KINGSBRIDGE DIVORCE CASE

Mrs Frances Katherine Barlow Massicks, of West Charlton, Kingsbridge, was granted a decree nisi by Mr Justice Langton in the Divorce Court yesterday on the ground of the misconduct of her husband, Mr THL Barlow Massicks, to whom she was married at Jersey in 1915. The suit was not defended.

The parties has lived at Rotherham and Sheffield, and the respondent, it was stated, was manager of a steelworks, and in 1930 started in business for himself in Northumberland. In 1931 petitioner left him owing to his association with another woman, and about two years later she heard that he and the woman were living together. There are two children of the marriage.
