Frank Lowe says that his father Richard Lowe had a sister, possibly called Liza, who married a Clegg (or Leng) who owned the Star newspaper. Presumably this is Eliza Hannah CHATTERS, who married a journalist, not a newspaper owner - though he was sub-editor of the Sheffield Weekly Telegraph.

Frank remembers her visiting Stone Street in Mosborough in a "big, fancy car" which her husband parked on the main road because Stone Street was an unmade road and he was worried about the car getting damaged.
