In the course of the evidence, it transpired that the parties exhibited great depravity, judging from the obscene, repulsive, and horrible language made use of in court, alleged to have been used towards each other during their quarrels. Their worships very judiciously ordered both parties to enter into recognisances to keep the peace for three months. The required sureties were entered into. |
